This page is for users of the Booyadle Water Delivery customer app and Booyadle Driver app. It lets you request deletion of your app account and associated data from a web browser, even if you no longer have the app installed.
What To Submit
- The phone number used in the app.
- Whether the request is for the customer app, driver app, or both.
- Any order or support reference that helps staff review the request.
What We Delete Or Anonymize
- Customer profile information where eligible.
- Saved delivery locations and personal location labels where eligible.
- Push notification tokens for the app account.
- Loyalty wallet and support records where they are no longer needed.
- Driver app access or driver profile data where eligible after operations review.
What We May Keep
We may retain limited order, payment, audit, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, accounting, tax, or legal records when required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Eligible deletion requests are normally reviewed within 7 days and completed within 30 days.
